I have a CCX 500 in Teams base profile and firmware 7.3.2.0182.  I'm attempting to setup autooffhook on this device and need some help.  I've applied the following config parameters to the phone and when I lift the handset, I hear nothing.  If I press the speakerphone button i hear a split second of dial tone.  During the silence I can manually enter a phone number on the screen and it makes the call although I cannot hear audio.  Can someone help me understand how to get a CCX 500 in Teams mode to make autooffhook calls please?

call.autoOffHook.1.enabled="1"
call.autoOffHook.1.contact="xxxxxxxxxx"
call.autoOffHook.1.protocol="SIP"

Hello ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

These are openSIP / Skype for Business parameters and are not applicable if used via an 3rd party Android app like Microsoft Teams.

This basic phone functionality would need to be requested by our Partner Microsoft as they supply the application used with our phones.
