I'm wondering how or who or where to find the contact info for poly support.  we have several thousand polycom VVX phones and want a way to manage them in a central location.  Poly Lens looks promising, but I've reached out several time and all I get is a sales person.  I need to know if this software or other local/cloud based solution can fit our needs to organize and manage phone in a central location for firmware updates, MAC address/IP address lookup etc.  please if anyone knows of the correct number or email to have me reach out to, I would love to get it

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

Considering the Poly Lens is a free solution I doubt you will find anyone that could ring you back. This is my personal opinion and not that of my Employer and any reply within the community is based on my own personal time.

 

Check >here<which explains how to set this up. All you need is control of your DHCP server. There is also our official documentation linked in there.
