Hello,

When using SYNC 40 with my android for voice calls,

I have found that the Vocal Clarity of bluetooth audio really pales in comparison to the Vocal Clarity of  Sync 40 connected via the wire USB C port to my Android phone, the bluetooth audio is Very muffled, obviously there is noticeable amount of bass in it, but when its connected via the cable USB C port, that amount of bass just disappears and the Vocal sound becomes much clearer,

My question is : how can I get the good clarity of audio by using Bluetooth connection to my android?

Hello @Audio12 ,

Welcome to the HP community. I have closed your duplicate post

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

Are you using Poly Lens Mobile?

Poly Lens Mobile will be able to check the firmware is up to date and has options via Settings >General > Equalizer to change the Audio.

In Addition, are you using HD Voice via Settings > HD Voice?

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, and no other volunteers reply, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
