Two Poly 40 units daisy chained together, keeps dropping the connection after power off even though the setting to auto connect at power on is set through the app Poly Lens.
Second issue is that noise cancellation is so aggressive, it breaks/blocks the start of a sentence before it lets the sound through. If a person is making lots of small pauses, it makes it impossible to hear what the person is saying, they have to speak continually for it to work.
Link to firmware in this post (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/USB-Bluetooth-Speakerphones/Poly-Sync-40-Distortion-when-using-USB-Tea...) is dead, no one answers from HP support, ticket raised weeks ago.

Hello @Whutwhutwhut ,
welcome to the HP Poly community. The HP Poly community is not a replacement for the support process and only volunteers participate in answering posts in the community,
I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
Notice: I am an HP Poly employee but all replies within the community are done as a volunteer outside of my day role. This community forum is not an official HP Poly support resource, thus responses from HP Poly employees, partners, and customers alike are best-effort in attempts to share learned knowledge.
If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
Please also ensure you always check the General VoIP , Video Endpoint , UC Platform (Microsoft) , PSTN

Thanks for the suggestion, this has however not provided any progress. By that I mean that a ticket has been raised several weeks ago, follow up emails has been sent and still no feedback from Poly/HP support teams.
Hopefully someone in the forum has experience that would help us progress, if not, then what harm done?
