Microsoft Windows 11

Help!  I got a new Poly B700 wireless headset that I connect with USB.  Whenever I use microsoft teams, either in calls or meetings, every 15 seconds or so, it will freeze and cut out.  My drivers are up to date and I've tried to reset things, I am not sure what else to try. It seems that my teams has been a little odd in other ways too but I am out of ideas to trial and error it.

Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product and define all Poly products you use. 

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

 

The BT700 is only a Bluetooth dongle but it connects a yet unknown Headset to your device. I suggest you download Poly Lens Desktop and ensure both devices are running the latest software/Firmware.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
