I purchased 2 pcs of sync 60 due to its linking function.
But i am unable to link both devices when i connected the USB cable from the speakerphone to my computer (Only connect by bluetooth can link it successful)
Is anyone else having the same issue? And how to fix the issue?

welcome to the HP Poly community.
I suggest you follow page 10 >here< an ensure both SYN 60 are updated using the Poly Lens Desktop app.
If no other volunteer replies, and you are stil facing issues, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
