Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I've tried both versions (Poly Lens and the Companion app) and can't find our Polybox Voxbox. The icon from the Companion app doesn't look like the one we have had in the past. (a mini voxbox - https://docs.poly.com/bundle/vbox-ug-1-0/page/t1531340.html)

Does someone have any ideas what we should do?

Hello @RouvenCLP ,

 

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

The Polycom VoxBox went end of sale in mid-2019 and is end of life and therefore end of support. If the unit is faulty and no longer appears when you connect it there is not much we volunteers can do.

I was looking for the same file for the Polycom VoxBox.

 

I found an archive of the support page here:

But the download link needs to be modified and is still live here:

http://downloads.polycom.com/voice/VoxBox/User_Downloads/1-0-1/PolycomVoxBoxCompanionSetup.msi
