Recently my Poly headset was no longer showing up in Poly Lens not allowing me to use the answer button on the headset.

 

I uninstalled, rebooted, then tried to reinstall Poly Lens 2.3.0. 

 

I have local admin on my laptop.

I launch the installer and it goes through 3 UAC prompts with I accept.  After the third one the install window disappears.

I've rebooted.  I've disabled our antivirus software.  I tried using a non domain admin account.  It does the same thing.

I tried version 2.2.0 with the same results.

I've cleared out everything Poly related under my AppData folder and any Poly/HP folder with anything Poly in it.

Nothing.

 

I need this software to work since roam around the building helping users deskside and still need to ability to answer calls.
