The Voyager Focus 2 UC headset I recently bought has been great except for one annoying performance issue. Whenever I am streaming music from my Windows laptop using the Spotify app, sometimes when one song ends and another starts, the first note or two of the new song is dropped / there is no audio in the headset. It is repeatable for a particular transition, but does not happen at every transition. I am fairly certain I have noticed similar behavior sometimes during conversations when someone stops talking for a second and then starts again. It seems like the headset is going to sleep when there is nothing to stream. Anybody else having this same issue? Any ideas of things to check?

USB Adapter Software Version: 0.0.693.3686

Headset Software Version: 0.0.787.4266

Windows 10 Enterprise Version 21H2, OS build 19044.3086

Spotify for Windows (64 bit) 1.2.14.1149.ga3ae422d

I'm also running a LOT of other audio and USB devices on this laptop including Logitech Unifying receiver, so maybe there's a conflict? But the USB dongle for my Voyager headset IS plugged directly into a laptop USB port.
