HP Recommended
Product: HP probook 445 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In my device I cannot use a fingerprint sensor, I tried it in sign-in options, but to no result. then I checked the device manager and there I am not getting the option of biometric devices. Then I checked my bios and it doesn't show the biometric devices option under system configuration.  Then I updated bios but still, I am not getting the option to enable biometric devices in there.

but I have checked my device specifications in hp website and there it shows I have a fingerprint reader on my device. 

so what should I do?
