So far you have not provided a lot of information for us volunteers to try and help:
- Have you installed Poly Lens and does the P21 show up in Poly Lens and offer a software update?
- What drivers have you downloaded aka the Display Port drivers?
- PC or Mac?
- Is this a brand new unit or a used unit?
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

So, it is a second-hand unit. Did it work before it got to you? Where did you get it from? Maybe you purchased a non-working unit.
You have not answered all of the questions asked or told us what drivers you downloaded.
The P21 uses display link drivers, Simply visit >here<. In addition, I suggest downloading Poly Lens from >here<
