I have a Studio P15, 3 years old

SWR version 2.1.2.001179

I use the product daily and over the last few months I am finding in some situations that I get a terrible static feedback sound over the speaker.  I have tried several options of noise blocking and acoustic fencing.  The problem disappeared for a while when I turned off the AI assists with noiseblock but now it has returned.

The sound is a bit like squelch.  The person at the other end of the video conference does not hear it, only I do and it only occurs when I am speaking - it's like my voice is getting fed back to me and creating the annoying sound.

Is there any guidance on what I can do to diagnose and address the issue?  I have turned down bass and treble to quite low - no difference.  Volume (high or low) doesn't seem to make a difference.  It appears to happen when I am in a zoom meeting but not in teams.  And, it doesn't happen on every call.

thank you for any thoughts you can offer -

Hello @tz603 ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

Have you tried to factory restore the device? Used a different PC to check if it is moving with the device?

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Hi Steffen - I have played around with various settings on the poly but have not done a complete reset.  I will first try another PC to see if the issue follows the device to another PC.  thanks for the suggestions -
