Hi @kyvala@gacz.cz,
go to Admin Settings > Camera Tracking > Tracking Mode and change the mode to "Off". After that you can use PTZ control.

Hello @mshu1 and kyvala@gacz.cz
I have raised this internally as this should be documented and a warning or message should be displayed.

Hi,
I am having the same issue where the presets are greyed out and under User Settings there is only Camera Control there is no Camera Tracking option as you can see from the original post screenshot that the menu option Camera Tracking is not listed so we can't go in there to turn off speaker tracking. Please help. Thanks
