EagleEye Mini Camera
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Camera has been working fine until a few days ago. Now in the device manager a device appears (Eagle Eye Mini Camera-DBG) with a warning in device status "missing driveror no driver avaylable". Nevertheless under camaeras ther is also a device (EagleEye Mini Camera) without warning in device status.

I tried to find a driver for Eagle Eye Mini Camera-DBG without success.

I'm mostly using the camera with OBS.

Any hints are welcome, thanks.

Hello @Kilroy131 ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

To my knowledge, the driver comes with Windows and there is no separate driver. I am pretty sure the camera is end of life as well.

Best Regards

Hello,

thanks for your quick answer.

End of life? I bought the camera last year. Does that mean, that I will have no chance to bring this camera to work again?

Best Regards

Hello @Kilroy131 ,

You can try and open a ticket and reference EN-173669 when opening. This should get the team the info they need.

Best Regards
