Does anyone have the fix firmware from polycom engineering to swap the DectType from EU back to US. I see the forums out there that this is how it is fixed, but I cannot find the firmware file fix that polycom created. I am having the same issue as noted in other forums. Looking to find that fix file, I have a ticket in with HP Polycom, but this could take weeks waiting on them.

welcome to the HP Poly community. The firmware is specific to the individual serial number of the Unit so no other firmware can be used.

 

I suggest you contact our Support organization again. Alternatively please share the ticket reference.
