Poly Rove 30 handset can't park/transfer calls

Our organization has implemented 8 poly rove 30 handset phones. We were able to connect them to our service provider, 8x8, and everyone in the organization is able to call and reach these phones. The issue is that these phones cannot park/transfer/overhead page. When he select the call park option all it says "Cannot park call". Any ideas on how to fix this?

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

For Poly IP phones please provide if this is PVOS, UC Software, or ObiEdition. For current Video products please include the Provider used.
