We have a Poly Rove B4 base, and 7 Poly Rove 30 wireless phones registered to it.
As far as I know, this base is capable of supporting 30 phones.
But when a call comes in, 5 phones ring, while 2 phones say "insufficient resources" on the screen.
If we reboot the 2 phones by removing the battery for a few seconds, and do another test call, those 2 phones are normal, but then another 2 phones will say "insufficient resources". When we remove the batteries on those phones and do another test, another 2 phones will say "insufficient resources." and the cycle keeps going.
It seems as though the base can only handle 5 phones at a time.
Has anybody run into this issue before, and if so, what was your resolution if any?
Thank you,
Barry

Salaman,
thank you for your reply. I spent almost 5 hours on the phone with Support today and most of that was on hold. And to be quite honest, they were absolutely useless. They were just reading off the same KB that anybody can find online.
Thats why I came here, in hopes to find people in the community who can actually help.
Thanks.

Hello @brupisan ,
Welcome to the HP community.
As a reminder, the below is based on our volunteers in this community. Simple basic details should be provided with every post.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the used SIP server.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.
Due to the lack of this, we need to start from the beginning.
If an issue like this would be a software issue and could not be resolved via a public community post, we would need to ask you to work with our support organization in your region. They can escalate to the next level of support within our organization.
Stating this, I have not found any internal ticket based on the keyword Insufficient Resources but as we do not know the basics it is hard for us volunteers. Please provide them and then we can suggest the next action.
Best regards
Steffen Baier
