Hello all,
earlier in December we released Poly Voice Software–Lite (PVOS-L) for Poly Rove DECT IP phone. This release covers Poly Rove handsets, base stations, and repeater hardware on firmware version 8.0.8.0001
The above is for Poly Rove 20, Poly Rove 30, Poly Rove 40, Poly Rove B1, Poly Rove B2, Poly Rove B4, and Poly Rove R8
This release covers the following hardware and software versions:
● Handset firmware: 8.0.8.B0001
● Base station firmware: 8.0.8.B0001
● Repeater firmware: 8.0.8.B0001
What’s new in Rove 8.0.8
This release of Poly Rove DECT IP Phones includes new features, feature enhancements, and important field fixes.
- Additional function types for line keys
Provision line keys as Speed Dial, Shortcut, and Call Appearance using the FunctionType line key parameter.
- New TLS platform parameter
This release adds the new Protocol parameter under Device Admin TLSPlatform Profile .
- Support for mediasec
In this release, two new parameters support mediasec, the negotiation of security mechanisms for media flows.
- Removed support for SECP192K1 and SECP192R1
This release removes support for SECP192K1 and SECP192R1 from the TLS cipher suite.
