Hello all,

we just released the VVX D230 DECT IP Phone 7.0.2 >here<

What is included in this release?

  • Updated Default ConfigURL Parameter

This feature updates the System Management — Auto Provisioning —ITSP Provisioning::ConfigURL parameter for more robust provisioning of DHCP Option 160.
The new default value for the ConfigURL parameter is:

$DHCPOPT160/$MAC.xml;$DHCPOPT160/$DM.xml;$DHCPOPT160;tftp://$DHCPOPT66/$DM.
xml;$DHCPOPT66/$DM.xml;$DHCPOPT66

With this update, the system attempts to fetch the config file using DHCP option 160, if available. It also attempts to append $MAC.xml ($MAC = Device MAC Address) or $DM.xml ($DM = Device Model) to the request.
