Hello,

 

i want to update firmware Poly Rove B4. But the link for auto provisioning not reached . may i know the link for update firmware via the internet ?

usually i use https://downloads.poly.com.

From our general VoIP FAQ:

 

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I set up my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <= and you need Poly Lens now to get access to Poly Software.

 

The above includes:

 

Poly Rove firmware update:

 

Details on how to upgrade the Rove Basestation or Handset can be found => here <=.
