Anyone have any suggestions for my situation?
I have an HP Officejet 7210 All-in-one that I've had for some time. (It has been working fine all this time.)
As my last computer was wearing out (i.e., starting to act a little 'ginchey'), it was time for an upgrade... So I went from one Dell 64-bit to another.
The 7210 worked fine on my last Dell, however I can't get all of the software (scanning, printing, faxing, etc.) to install correctly from the CD (obviously old operating system version). HP web site for driver updates is sort of useless (they appear to have abandoned this machine, no longer supporting it).
Here is the rub: Old pc was running Windows 10, new machine is running Windows 10.
Any suggestions from folks out there?
Frankly, if I am just a victim of HP 'yanking' support from an otherwise operable device, I am thinking going 'elsewhere' for my next printer if I must upgrade.
Sort of sad, I used to be a big HP fan over many years, but their current support, products, etc. are leading me to look elsewhere these days.
Thanks to any and all, for support, ideas, suggestions, et cetera.
