Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm Using HP 15-ba021ax I'm recently having a problem in my laptop that is whenever I'm using my laptop while connected to the charger and working for long it suddenly heats up and the laptop jz goes off like puff switch off like that and I'm not able to open quickly I can only switch it back on after few mins I want to know weather this is normal or should I consult hp and claim Warranty to fix it ?????
