Hi, 

 

I have Purchased HP pro” pagewide 477dw printer “ after installation my printer does not show on my mobile when I do air print.

 

This may be the causes of firmware I need to update firmware but not able to do so.

When I login to embedded web server to update the firmware and click on web services or Printer updates it gives error: Web Services has been disabled! & Printer Update feature has been disabled!

Please provide a resolution to update the firmware.
