Hi. I've installed windows 10 from windows 7 and everything was working well. After about a week the "Print on Both Sides Instruction" pop-up box stopped appearing. The printer is a HP 1315. I've tried every possible setting and the latest driver from HP. The strange thing is that if I reinstall windows 7 and do a clean upgrade to Win 10, the "Print on Both Sides Instruction" pop-up box appears as normal for a couple of days. I get the feeling that something in the "spoolsv.exe is not allowing the pop-up box and the print job is printing without pause even though the option to "Print on both side" is selected. I've tried everything I know, even "Process Monitor" and "Process Explorer" to try to nail down whats happening. The file HPZEVLHN.DLL, which contains the pop-up box, is not being called in Win 10 but is in Win 7. Anybody got any ideas ?
