I have one of these in my other home as well. Loved it, so bought a new second one in Canada two weeks ago. Hooked it up wirelessly to my Bell network,it worked fine from 4 iOS devices and a MacBook. Then we moved. New ISP (Rogers), new network name, new dual network modem, new password. Cannot get the printer to change its loyalties. Made sure modem and iOS devices were on the 2.4 GHz network. Have been googling and working on this all day, it is frustrating, I haven't cooked a meal or unpacked a box. I figured out how to print a network configuration page, it clearly shows the old network despite all my efforts I don't know how to change it. Tried turning off modem, turning off printer, restarting. I tried all 3 methods in the quick start guide, and from the AiO app. Hey we are over 60 so old geezers and yet we think not too stupid, and very persistent, but can someone give us a hint? Please? We're getting hungry. 😞
