My printer is connected wirelessly to multiple computers in my house. My computer is the only one having an issue.
I can print without problems, but I can not scan.
When I attempt to scan something (either using the link on the computer or directly from the printer using scan to computer), I get the following error message:
Scanner communication cannot be established. Please verify your device is powered on, that you are connected to the network and your network is functioning properly, and that the scan feature is enabled.
My device is powered on, I am connected to the network, my network is functioning properly, and the scan feature is enabled.
I'm able to print, just not scan.
I ran the HP Print/Scan doctor. It claims it found my problem and solved it for me. It didn't.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!!
