This printer is driving me nuts.  It's connected to the Wireless Network, have printed a wireless network test page and it says there are no problems but it won't print from my PC.

The HP print and scan doctor says it can't find my printer or can't communicate with it or something.

I followed the advice in another thread which had a similar problem to restore the network defaults,  set up the wireless connection again and uninstall and reinstall the software and it hasn't helped.  In fact it's now worse because I can't get the software to recognise the network name or anything now.

When I tried to use the "update IP address", it said it was unable to find the device.  The printer is definitely connected to the right network and has it's own IP address but the HP software can't find it.

I really wish I hadn't bought this printer, it's been nothing but trouble from day 1.

I'm not very techy and can't understand why it won't work.  It's done this nearly every time I try to print with it and the only thing that works is turning my router on and off, which is a real pain in the neck every time I want to print something.   Other devices that are connected have to be disrupted every time.

any ideas?  TIA!
