Hello everyone
I need to know the procedure to try a hard reset on my printer "HP Deskjet F4580 All-in-One Printer" has been malfunctioning for a few days due to an unspecified reason. Now turned on, loads a sheet in half, and stays constantly waiting. Even canceling the current operation with the x (erase) key expires the sheet and loads another by repeating the same thing. I did various tests but nothing to do, the printer is disconnected from the computer, I tried to disconnect the plug and change power socket, leave it detached for a while, nothing to do, it seems like a software jam.
Years ago a hp technician made me a procedure on another printer, which allow me a hard reset, disconnect the current, press "power button and delete button" together and then turn on the power again and only after leaving the buttons for That printer worked.
I need to know how to do it to unlock it and / or reset, thank you to anyone who can help me.
