Product: photosmart 5520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Was having connection problems so switched to a static IP address. Computer and printer can communicate, but can't connect to Web Services. How to fix? When I go to the printer EWS address on my browser and select Web Services, it gets stuck on "checking for activation status."

 

Also, when I go to hpeprint.com, it shows my printer but says it is offline, but that's not true. Could that be caused by using the old claim  number? How do I get a new one?
