My printer just asked me to change its Black Ink cartridge
Having complied with that (using genuine HP cartridge) and it telling me that the black ink had been replaced) I now cant print because:
"Depleted Cartridges must be replaced to continue printing."
My quesiton is simply this - how do I know which of the other three cartridges needs to be replaced, having previously been specifically told to change the balck one (which I have done)?
I have tried the 'switch the printer off, unplug it from the mains supply. Wait fo 30 seconds and plug it back in and switch it on again' standard hardware fix, but this hasnt helped
If it wont tell me which of the other cartridges need to be changed, must I replace all of them? If so, why do HP bother to sell four different ones?
