Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I recently purchased the new HP notebook (2 weeks ago), using it only for school work and chatting with my friends. However, I was recently using the computer normally when it crashes for no reason, giving me an error and freezing. When I try to restart it it gives me an error saying "unmountable boot volume." Shortly after it restarts again, going to a screen that has the HP logo that says "preparing automatic repair" and it gets stuck there.

I don't have a disc of windows, nor the means to get a USB or another pc to get another copy. I'm a college student and I need my computer to start working again, there's no reason it should do this after 2 weeks of MODERATE use. please help.
