Product: HP 15-d005tu Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have a HP 15-d005tu Notebook PC ..Bluetooth initially worked properly.I switched the windows 8.1 to 7 and then again to 8.1. I am able to see my Bluetooth drivers in other devices in device manager. But the device status is:

 

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

 

I tried to install drivers for my model from support.hp.com , but couldn't  update or install drivers..
