I have been scanning pictures on my HP ENVY 5530 series printer for several years simply by manipulating the buttons on the printer that scans to my computer. I need a better resolution, but cannot see where I can make that change. Right now it is 72dpi (according to my cousin, who is trying to do some photo editing of an old picture that I sent her.) When I looked in settings, it says "maximum dpi 600." I am far, far from being an expert at this and just hope there is a simple answer to this problem.
