Product: HP Envy 5530 All-in-one
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

My HP Envy all-in-one no longer scans or copies. It will print just fine, but when I try to scan or copy anything I get a black page of lines. I included a screen shot.

 

The printer hasn't been moved, so nothing could have physically damaged it. This was happening prior to downloading the new OS on my macbook. When I did update, I unistalled and reinstalled the printer software, but am still having the same issue.
