We need to print to our HP 8710 BOTH within our Mac Bonjour ethernet network AND via our wireless network from a couple of Windows laptops and a few phones.

 

 

We had it set up that way somehow.  Then we had some trouble and ended up "restoring default settings".

 

We have it working on the ethernet network (ethernet cord plugged in).

 

When we try to set it up for wireless, it tells us we can't because of the ethernet plug-in.

 

Help.
