Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My printer is 4 years old, and all of a sudden the black portion of the print quality report is blank.  i have installed the latest softward and drivers on my windows 7 PC, cleaned cartridges several times and aligned printer.  the black will not print and the alignment fails.  The cartridge is new and showing as full and i even tried a different hp 364xl black with no help.
