Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anytime I send a print job to the computer (not a wireless conncection), the printer stalls after receiving the job. It continues to make sounds as if it was getting ready to print and the screen continues to say "printing", however it never completes or starts the job. There are no flashing lights, the paper tray is full, and the printer is not out of ink.
