Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hello,

 

My printer will connect to our home Wi Fi if I connect via push-button-WPS and will then print a document. But then shortly afterwards it will disappear from the network, meaning every time we want to print, we have to reconnect. 

 

We usually print via airdrop from iPhone, iPad or macbook Pro (High Sierra OS) or Desktop computer operating Windows 10.

 

We have a Virgin Media Super Hub, which they have split into two signals (5G and 2G) as they said this would enable faster speeds on the near field signal.

 

Any help appreciated. Apologies if this has been solved elsewhere, I couldn't find it.
