Product: HP9C9057 (HP ENVY 4500 series)

My Hp Envy 4500 series will not print gridlines. I am not talking about ones I create in Excel  I am talking about ones I download and try to print, these are practice sheets for brush lettering. This printer is nothing but problem after problem. Should I just throw it in the trash or can anyone help me. I have tried the virtual support, thats hilariously unhelpful. 

 

I see other users are having the same problem, but yet none have had the company resolve. Why make a printer that just selectively prints. Which is also what it does. Some days it just decides not to pring and I get a blank page, other days it will print that same page. For now, I would be happy if I could print gridlines, because I purchased these brush lettering practice sheets and I can not use them. Argh!

 

Help, anyone out there?
