Product: HP Envy TS 15 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Can someone tell me why my laptop is plugged in but not charging? I checked the adapter and it's fine. I even switched adapters to use my mom's--as she has the same computer as me. Still I'm confronted with the same problem. It will say it's charging when I plug it back in but promptly stop.
A year and a half ago, I replaced the battery for my computer--which was out of warranty and not covered under the battery recall.
