I installed a brand new version of Windows 10 last week. I deleted and reinstalled my HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 A910 printer, and now it will only print the first job normally (i.e., quickly). The second job hangs in the print queue, while the first job status says it's either "printing" or "sending to printer."
If I cancel all jobs, it will print the first job again and the second job will hang for a long time -- I give up after 5 minutes, delete it and restart the print spooler. (The HP virtual helper gave instructions to restart the print spooler.) Now I need to do that every time I print more than one document. This isn't right.
