Product: Pagewidepro MFP 477dw
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have been unable to print a page with out large swaths vertically, of blank area. I have changed all the ink cartridges, I am using approved paper, I have cleaned all the printer heads and done an alignment, and it still does not print.

 

Would this be a duplexer problem?  Or something else?  How do I go about fixing it?
