Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Every time I call Smart Friend for help, either their systems are down, they hang up on me, or they take 2 hours to try and solve a problem I end up solving on my own.  I am beginning to question if this really a legit service.  I feel like it may be a scam because this crap should not be happening.  Any have any thoughts on this?
