Product: Blinking blue WiFi light

My Hp 3730 printer use to print fine but have just had a new router it has 4G on it my other I assume was 3G but my printer won’t print. I have tried switching on and off also the printer but still the blue light is flashing.  Can any one help I am not very technical I am printing from my mini I pad.
