After I had to change the Comcast modem and get new SSID/password for our cable, I can no longer get my printer to function wirelessly.  It will usually print with the USB cable.

I've read the previous messages and responses.  I've already tried most all of the fixes I've read.  I've shut everything down and unplugged a few times.  I have reinstalled the driver & rebooted.

During the wireless connected process it will ask me to plug printer to computer via USB.  Sometimes when I do that there is no response from USB....it's as if the USB ports are not active.  But after a reboot it works again.  Still, I am unable to get the printer connected wirelessly.

When I push the Wifi status button it says "Not Connected".  SSID: N/A...etc.  I've even restored the printer settings to FACTORY DEFAULT.

Please, can anyone help me?
