Product: HP Officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can you please help me out.

 

The printer is stuck on "recovery process".

 

The error coming up: "Service Station Stalled. Press OK button to have the printer automatically attempt its recovery process".

 

I press OK and the following comes up:

 

"Improper shutdown. Caution: The printer was not turned off properly. To avoid damaging  the printer, always press the on/off button to turn it off" 

 

I press OK and then end up with the same original error:

 

The error coming up: "Service Station Stalled. Press OK button to have the printer automatically attempt its recovery process".

 

I have gone through the above a few times but it's stuck in that loop

 

I have tried the following:

 

1- Turning the printer off and then on

2- Unplugging the chord from the printer and plugging it in
