I have a MacBook Pro 10.9.5 laptop. When I hit Control P or use the dropdown menu to print, ther is no SHOW DETAILS button next to the PDF button, therefore, I have no TWO-SIDED option. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
I have a duplexer on my printer, but even when I go to LAYOUT and click on LONG END my one-sided copy does not come out as a two-sided print as it should. I uninstalled everything HP on my laptop, and reset my printer to factory settings. I also, disconnect the internet connection, powered off my computer and my printer, unplugged every thing, and left it be over-night. When I plugged in everything, turned on wi-fi, plugged in my printer, set it up, turned on my computer and installed the printer driver, everything remained as it was.
How can I fix both problems. I would be eternally grateful to the person or people who can fix this, as it's driving me to drink!
