Product: 6960
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 6960 - UNinstalled reinstalled software several times.  the printer does not show up in the windows printer devices .   Printer is connected via ethernet connection TC/ip addreess correct.  yet HP driver does not locate it. HP is of no help - anyone else have the same issue? how did you resolve it?
