I am getting the error "Problem with Printhead" on my OfficeJet Pro 6835.  The printer is out of warranty, but I have not used it that much.  I have been through the checklist.  Is there a way to change the printheads?  Is that really the problem?  I have always had HP printers in the past because I felt they were the best.  Please help.
