Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I have my HP Envy 4500 working with a USB cable.
Yet, I know this printer allows printing wirelessly as well. I have connected the device to my home network, and I have connected my laptop to the same network as well.
My laptop can find the printer (the one with a network in the name) and I can start the job... but that's it. The printer does not get any requests because the job stays in the printing queue.
Can you please help? As I said, printing, scanning, and copying via cable work fine.
Thank you and I am waiting for your reply.
Best regards,
Jakub
